Ceiling Fan Install

We had a job to take down a single light, and install a ceiling fan in its place. In this case, we were able to make the existing electrical box work. In some cases though, we may need to replace that box with something that can handle heavier weight than the existing box, so the install price could vary.  If you are looking to replace a ceiling fan with another ceiling fan, then in most cases the box is fine and all we will need to do is assemble the new ceiling fan and install it. This can usually be done in around 1 hour or less and should cost $100 or less for the install and fan assembly. The cost of the fan would be separate.
